VIP Day Terms and Conditions

This AGREEMENT (hereby referred to as the “Agreement”), dated [Today’s Date] entered into between  Cara Laban (hereby referred to as the “Contractor”) and You (hereby referred to as the “Client”), regarding a Techy VIP Day.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY & RIGHTS (1)

 

  1. The client has full ownership of intellectual copyright of all work done by the Contractor. 
  2. All work will be kept confidential and not used for personal gain by the Contractor without the consent of the Client. 
  3. Business operations of the Client will not be disclosed to any third parties.

 

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES (2)

  • Project. The Client is hiring the Contractor for: Tech VIP Day or Mini Magic
  • Schedule. The Contractor will begin work upon payment, the VIP day and consultation will take place on the agreed upon dates and the client will receive support for edits and questions regarding any work that took place on the VIP day for four (4) weeks following this date for the VIP package or one (1) week for the Mini Day Package.

  • Further fees may apply to changes after this date as outlined in Terms & Conditions.

 

PAYMENT FOR SERVICES (3)

    1. VIP Rate. The Client agrees to pay the Contractor a fee of $1997 USD (full Package) or $555 (mini Package). If any payment plan is selected, the Client agrees to make all payments.
    2. Expenses. The Client agrees to pay for agreed upon Tech Softwares. The Contractor is not responsible for any software costs.
    3. Methods of Payment Purchaser authorizes the Company to charge Purchaser’s credit card, debit card, or PayPal account at the agreed upon schedule. 

CHANGES & AMENDMENTS (4)

The Client understands all estimated time and costs for projects and tasks are informal calculations. While most projects can be completed in the duration of the VIP day, if the scope of a project needs further discussion the Contractor will contact the Client to renegotiate terms.  

 

REFUNDS AND RESCHEDULING (5)

If either party decides to reschedule their VIP or Mini-day they must provide one week notice in writing.

There are no refunds for VIP or Mini days and you may only reschedule your agreed upon one (1) time.

In the event the Contractor must cancel a VIP day, the full amount will be refunded to the Client. 

If the Client is unreachable/absent for longer than 15 consecutive days without prior warning, the Contractor will consider the project/task abandoned and still requires payment for the agreed upon services (Extenuating circumstances will be considered).

 

LIABILITY INDEMNITY (6)

The Contractor will not be liable for loss, damage or delay of the Client’s project/work due to circumstances beyond the Contractor’s control. This may include (but are not limited to) natural disasters, public unrest, power outages, and inability to contact the Client. In the event of such loss, damage or delay the Contractor will make every effort to let the Client know immediately.

Infringement upon rights of authors, organizations and copyright holders as a result of libel, slander or any material misuse will be the responsibility of the Contractor when undertaking independent work for the Client and not when acting under the Client’s direct instruction.

 

GENERAL (8)

 

This Agreement represents both parties’ complete understanding of this project/work and entirety of the contract. This Agreement supersedes all other contracts (both written and oral) between the Client and the Contractor. This checked Agreement also acknowledges the Client’s full understanding of terms and conditions.
