Is a Techy Magic Intensive Day right for me?
If you are a coach or course creator who is about to launch a live or evergreen course, or wants to make a quiz funnel a VIP day is right for you if you:
– Already have the program/quiz content written and made (or will soon)

How much does it cost?
A VIP day costs $3000 with payment plans available.
If you will be launching the same program again, you will be able to book a half day for $1000 for re-launches.
Will I need to be available on the actual VIP Day?
Yes and no.
You won’t need to be sitting on a video call with me all day. After our Kickoff call you are free to go about our day I just ask that you are fully available via email or text. to answer any questions that might come up.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes!
I know a VIP day is an investment in your business and I want to make it more accessible to you.
There are 2 and 3 split pay options. There is no extra cost for using a payment plan.

There is a very long list of platforms I work with. I will list the ones I’ve had the most experience with, but if you don’t see yours on the list just ask if we can use that one.

What do I get with the VIP day?
1. A Consultation Call Pre-VIP Day.
On this call, we will go over all of your platforms, your course delivery and your post-purchase customer workflow. While most of the VIP day is about implementation, this witch is also a launch expert and can offer some marketing and customer experience insight!
2. VIP Day Implementation
This is the actual day of getting shit done. By the end of the day your course/program/quiz will be tested and ready for launch! You’ll also have a list of all of the important links you’ll need. And an organized sheet of all of the automations I made.
You will also receive a recording of our wrap up call, along with any instructional loom videos that you may need to make sure you and your team can have a successful launch.
3. Two Weeks of After the Magic Support
Things come up, you may realize there are typos, or something isn’t triggering properly. You’ll have 4 weeks from your VIP day to email me to ask questions and ask for some tweaks!
Do I need to have already selected my teaching platform?
Absolutely not.
While you should already have your website and email platform set up, it is totally okay if you don’t know which teaching platform or shopping cart you want to use.
We will discuss the different options on our Techy Magic Consultation Call. You’ll just need to decide and sign-up before your VIP day.
(If you don’t have your email platforms picked or setup you may want to also book a Techy Magic Mini Day Newletter setup)
How long is the VIP day?
A VIP Day runs from about 9-4pm PST.
Our Kick-off Call will be at 9am for about an hour to make sure I have everything I need and can log into all of your platforms.
I will work from about 10-4 with a lunch break in the middle.
We will have our wrap-up call at 4pm so I can run you through your new automated customer experience!
How does it work if I am located in a different time zone?
Don’t worry, love! You won’t miss out on the magic.
I’m currently Located in Europe, and Can make it work for all time zones.
If you’re located in any of the US time zones, I am happy to adjust the start and end times to make us both happy.
If you are anywhere else in the world, we will pick a kickoff meeting time that works for us both. I will work my regular hours, and you won’t need to be available if you need sleep. In this case I just ask that all of your pre-work is done very thoroughly and handed in a week ahead of time so that I have time to ask questions before your day!
